The service
JobAgent reformats your CV for international applications and, if you connect Gmail, prepares job applications for you to review. No application is ever sent without your explicit approval of that specific message.
Your responsibilities
- The details in your CV must be truthful and yours. You are responsible for what you send.
- Review each application before approving it. We generate drafts from the details you confirmed; you decide what goes out.
- Do not use JobAgent to send unsolicited bulk mail.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee interviews, replies, or employment. Applicant tracking systems vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific employer will parse or receive any document.
Accuracy
We generate content only from details you have reviewed and confirmed, and we check generated documents before they are used. You remain responsible for verifying anything sent on your behalf.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time: disconnect Gmail, delete your data, or close your account from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to send deceptive applications.
